Leo and Shanna Norris bring a wealth of wisdom and heartfelt dedication to Remnant Park Church. Their love for people is at the core of everything they do. Whether it’s teaching, counseling, or walking alongside individuals and families as they grow in faith and purpose. Through their decades of ministry, they’ve poured countless hours into helping others build strong, successful, and Christ-centered lives.

Pastor Leo Norris has traveled across the country, sharing God’s Word with people from all walks of life. Crossing cultures, languages, and generations. Now, as the founder of Remnant Park Church, he carries a vision to see a thriving, multicultural, and multigenerational community rooted in the heart of Houston suburb area cities of Rosharon, Iowa Colony, and Manvel, Texas. where everyone can experience God’s presence, purpose, and love.

Shanna Norris is a devoted wife, mother, and leader with a deep passion for empowering others to walk confidently in their faith. With years of ministry and mentoring experience, At Remnant Park Church, Shanna is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where women and families can grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.
